Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mimic ("the Service") at getmimic.lol, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Mimic is a tool designed for entertainment, artistic expression, marketing mockups, and storytelling. You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Creating defamatory, libelous, or maliciously misleading content.
  • Impersonating individuals or organizations in a manner intended to deceive or harm.
  • Fraud, phishing, or spreading false information (fake news).
  • Creating non-consensual explicit content.

You are entirely responsible for the content you generate using the Service. Mimic expressly disclaims any liability for the mockups generated by users.

3. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and functional architecture of the Service belong to Mimic. The generated images remain your property, however, you acknowledge that they mimic the UI of third-party platforms (like Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, etc.). We do not claim ownership of those platforms' UI designs. You rely on fair use and fair dealing exemptions when generating these mockups.

4. Payments and Credits

Mimic operates on a freemium model. Watermarked images can be generated for free. To remove watermarks or unlock high-resolution exports, users may purchase "credits" or an "unlimited" subscription.

  • Credits are non-refundable once used.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but prior payments are non-refundable unless legally required.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to active users.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. In no event shall Mimic, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or the mockups it generates.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.
